Firstly. if you do not have a PPS number, you need to apply for a Verification Identity Number (VIN) in order to set up a company here. Secondly, if you are not a resident in an EEA member state, you may need to apply for a Section 137 Bond. This applies even if you have a PPS number. For tailored advice, contact us today.
