Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Minimum 1 year’s experience training and managing junior trainees.
Main duties
Providing support for your Team Manager and Assistant Manager as and when required
Responsibility for all aspects of services delivery for your clients including ancillary services such as bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, Company Secretarial
First review of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies including tax returns
Managing your workload to ensure client expectations are exceeded including meeting key client filing deadlines (Revenue and CRO)
Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner
Reviewing of work completed by junior staff members and feedback on areas for improvement as applicable
Development of junior staff to ensure training goals are met in a timely manner
Other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients, such as loan applications, grant applications and business plans
Planning work deadlines and request of records to ensure a smooth accounts preparation process
Providing support and managing relationships for a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded
Working with your team to set and monitor individual goals in line with company goals and objectives including Key KPI’s incl Revenue / GP
