Why we are sending you this document:

As your tax agent, we want to make sure that you are registered in the correct jurisdiction for Corporation Tax. For this reason, we require confirmation from a tax agent in the jurisdiction in which the majority of your company directors reside prior to registering your company for corporation tax in Ireland.

Please sign your agreement to do the following:

I agree to seek written confirmation from an appropriate tax agent in the jurisdiction in which the majority of directors reside as to whether my company is liable for corporation tax in that jurisdiction.

I will provide Accountant Online with written confirmation of tax residency from that jurisdiction’s tax agent within 30 days of the end of your financial year. I understand that if I do not provide this confirmation within this time frame, that Accountant Online will not register and file my company’s corporation tax and I will not receive a refund for payments made to date.
